Ramen Tatsu: Reviews & Ratings
Not bad ramen for the price. Soup favorable. Service is great. The parking situation is horrible
Really good ramen. Visited with my family last weekend, and we tried some appetizers - fried chicken, takoyaki, and dumplings - and different noodle dishes. I personally tried the Deluxe Ramen. It was a big bowl with lots of flavors. My only complaint was that the ramen bowl had this cooked egg that had a weirdly cold center. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience overall!
Authentically delicious and flavorful! I love this humble little whole in the wall gem. The noodles and broth are just right. My favorite go to is the Tonkotsu Shoyu with thick noodles, add black garlic oil, add fresh garlic, and a soy sauce egg cozy heaven in your soul
Fast friendly service. Nicely decorated interior with cute little ramen vendor dioramas on the walls. Great ramen with big portions! The Japanese fried chicken was good, too; especially with the spicy sauce served (after requesting a sauce). A small salad was served with it, very tasty. The mango macaroon is exceptional! Very nice visit. Decent prices.
The most underrated Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas. I guess it’s a good thing because this place is small -hole in the wall. Top tier ramen and katsu curry. It’s surprising that you see others in tiktok and insta stating the best authentic Japanese yet Tatsu’s flavor still wins. Been in same location for decades… A true authentic Japanese with real Japanese workers…
I went to Ramen Tatsu for the first time recently, and I was really impressed. First off, I loved the interior—super cozy and unique. The wall art featuring different restaurant-style figures gave the place a fun personality, and the tables felt like something you'd have at home, which made the whole experience feel warm and comfortable—like I was eating in someone’s dining room. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen with extra toppings: spicy bean sprouts and a boiled egg. Honestly, I was surprised (in a good way) at how spicy it actually was! I love spicy food, but it’s rare to find a Japanese spot that brings real heat—and this one did. The ramen came out hot (temperature-wise), and the broth was rich and flavorful. The bean sprouts were super crunchy and added a great texture. The egg was somewhere between soft-boiled and poached—not runny, but still soft, and it just kind of melted into the soup. So good. I also got the fried oysters as an appetizer, and they were delicious—crispy on the outside, soft and tender inside, and served hot and fresh. You could tell they came straight from the kitchen to the table, which made them even better. As for the service, it was okay. The server was kind and polite, but one thing that stood out (and not in the best way) was how often she came by to clear dishes. After we finished eating, she came by about four times in ten minutes trying to take our empty plates. It kind of interrupted our conversation and made us feel a bit rushed—even though the place wasn’t busy at all (only two other tables were occupied). We were only sitting there for about 10 minutes after finishing, so I wish we had been given a bit more space to just relax. Overall, though, I really enjoyed my experience. The food was great, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and I’d definitely go back—especially for that ramen and the oysters and can’t wait to try other dishes!
My Japanese friend introduced me to this ramen shop. Their ramen flavors are as delicious as what I had in Japan, totally authentic! All other dishes are also tasty and their price is reasonable. The service is great and friendly for a cozy family restaurant. I strongly recommend Ramen Tatsu!!
My favorite ramen shop in the Vegas metro area. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I base a lot of my expectations when it comes to ramen off of Ramen Tatsu. I'm from Arizona, so whenever I touch down in Vegas, I make it a point to come here. My go-to are the spicy miso ramen, takoyaki, and takowasa. The noodles are cooked just right, the broth looks and tastes delightful, and the overall atmosphere allows me to confidently recommend this place. Staff are kind, helpful, and provide excellent service. You will not be disappointed. 5/5.
